1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using FineGrove Codeworks, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activities that occur under your account.

3. Course access and licenses

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for your personal learning. Redistribution is prohibited.

4. Acceptable use

No unlawful, infringing, or abusive activity.
Do not attempt to circumvent security or access other users’ data.
Respect intellectual property rights.

5. Purchases and refunds

Prices are shown before checkout. Refunds: within 7 days of purchase for self-paced tracks or before the second live session for cohorts. We may refuse refunds in cases of policy abuse.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store full payment card numbers.

7. Certificates

Certificates reflect completion of course requirements. They are not academic degrees and confer no guarantees of employment.

Courses are provided “as is.” We make no warranties of specific learning outcomes, career advancement, or job placement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may modify or discontinue features. Where materially adverse, we will provide reasonable notice.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
